This horse shows incredible athleticism, but still has the quietest demeanor. He is straightforward and the same horse on and off property. Cheddar hacks out alone or in company.
Cheddar is quiet enough for a junior or timid amateur, but has enough talent to go far in the show ring.
Cheddar stands well for the vet and farrier and is up to date on everything. Cheddar does crib, but it is controlled with a strap.
