Bred in Ireland, sold for almost half a million dollars as a yearling in France, broke his maiden at Saratoga, earned his black type--This war horse was all class on the track, so it comes as no surprise that he's shown nothing less in his second career.
With a great personality and the face to get you noticed in any ring, French Reef has been primarily restarted and shown in the show hunters by an amateur. He loves to work and is incredibly brave, currently showing and schooling cross country up to 2'6" with the step and scope to easily move up as he gains more experience. Cute mover, great changes, always in the ribbons. Qualified for the 2022 Colonial Classic in Pleasure Horse.
