Robert serves as the Chair of the University of Arizona Race Track Industry Program (RTIP) where he oversees the direction of the Program. He also leads the programming efforts for the Global Symposium on Racing, hosting over 650 horse racing executives from around the world.
Robert Hartman is a proud RTIP graduate. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Robert has a broad range of horse racing experience, working at Golden Gate Fields, Santa Anita Park, and the New York Racing Association. He currently serves on the Pima County Horse Racing Commission and is a co-principal investigator on an Economic Contribution Analysis study for the Arizona horse racing industry.
