Complaints submitted on this form will be reviewed by the relevant parties based on the nature of the complaint. Relevant parties could include but are not limited to RRP staff, the Thoroughbred Makeover Infractions Committee, the Consulting Veterinarian and event officials.

Complaints may not be made anonymously. However, the RRP staff will conceal the identity of those submitting the complaint whenever possible. Note that accusing fellow participants of rule-breaking in a public forum (I.e. social media posts) is considered a violation of the code of conduct.
